September 15, 2004 - Puyallup, WA

The wind is blowing and it's been raining....and it'll rain some more.  What's new?  Well, not the weather, that's for sure.  What's new is another friend who needs to sell their motorhome, and I thought if you didn't want a diesel like Frank and Susie's, then maybe this one would interest you.  We've known and loved these folks for several years as well, and like Frank & Susie, they're going to start living in a house with a foundation.

Their motorhome is a 2000, 38' Mountain Aire, and they're asking $89,000 for it.  The NADA book gives an average retail, including all the options at about $96,000.  It's powered by the Triton V10 which has 310 HP, and has 31,000 miles on it.  It's got the following features, some of which are options:

Sofa Slideout  (as opposed to a kitchen slide out, which means it's a large slideout)

Large awning

Jacks

Roadmaster tow package

5.5 KW, 50 amp Onan generator (can run both air conditioners at once)

Corian counters

Oak cabinets

Double paned tinted windows

Day/night window shades

Cedar wardrobe

Driver & co-pilot seats are 5-way leather

Leather recliner

2 large TVs

Satellite dish

Ice maker

Deluxe water filter

Plumbed for washer/dryer

Table w/4 chairs

Walk around queen bed

They're non-smokers, and they're tossing in a Thousand Trails membership along with the deal!

You can reach Sally & Burke at 253-875-6909, and that's in Graham, WA, south of Seattle.

We've not spent time in this coach, but with that mileage it's just broken in.
